Pau Pilau Bins was born on Oʻahu with a simple idea: our homes should be clean from the inside out — including the bins sitting at the curb. What started as a local trash can cleaning service on Oʻahu has grown into something bigger for us. As people who call Oʻahu home, we understand that the choices we make around our homes can have an impact far beyond our property lines. Water from washing cars, cleaning outdoor spaces, or even washing trash cans can carry pollutants into our storm drains and waterways, eventually making its way toward the ocean.

We already face enough challenges protecting the ʻāina. We need more problem solvers, not more problem makers. That's why we believe cleaning should come with a kuleana — a responsibility to do it the right way. Our professional cleaning process uses high-pressure, super-heated water, while the wastewater from our service is captured and properly disposed of rather than being allowed to flow into the street or storm drains.

For us, this is about introducing a new standard of home cleanliness — one that considers not only how clean your home looks, but what impact that cleanliness has on the place we call home.
